Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining casework prepared by our paralegal team, ensuring the highest quality standards for all client submissions. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, has a passion for mentoring team members, and maintains a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review affirmative case filings, provide detailed feedback, and approve them for submission.
• Offer legal guidance and strategic direction to paralegals on casework.
• Draft legal arguments for filings as required.
• Train and mentor paralegals, junior paralegals, and assistants to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
• Provide support to other departments as needed when attorneys are unavailable.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members.
• Proven experience in a law firm or similar environment, with a focus on case review and legal strategy.
