Associate Level Counselors

We are a growing private practice by the beautiful South Mountain in Phoenix.

Associate-level clinicians are invited to join us to help our clients heal, grow, and thrive.

Requirements:

• Must have an unrestricted associate counselor license (LAC, LMFT, or LMSW) by AZ State Board to provide counseling.
• Pass background checks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have strong professional boundaries and ethics.
• Provide counseling in-person at our office by South Mountain.
• High proficiency in technology.

Job duties (This is not an exclusive list.)

• Conduct a thorough biopsychosocial assessment for new clients.
• Provide counseling services to diverse clients by utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with all applicable professional standards and the agency's policies.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Education:

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• post-licensure counseling: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:
