Position Overview: This position is focused on direct client work, making it a clinically intensive role. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is enthusiastic about teamwork and is invested in growing as a clinician to specialize in EMDR - we provide the training. As an Associate Therapist, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch mental health care to our clients. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment, designated time for documentation, and training in evidence-based practices. This role primarily serves clients with mild to moderate mental health needs. You will work closely with clients, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, with the goal of helping them graduate from therapy or successfully complete their therapeutic journey. J

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of experience in mental health therapy.
- Active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Passion for supporting local communities and destigmatizing mental health.
- Cultural awareness, education, and/or knowledge.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to be trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). We will provide the supervision and training.
