Position Overview: This position is focused on direct client work, making it a clinically intensive role. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is enthusiastic about teamwork and is invested in growing as a clinician to specialize in EMDR - we provide the training. As an Associate Therapist, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch mental health care to our clients. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1,000 hours of experience in mental health therapy.
• Active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Passion for supporting local communities and destigmatizing mental health.
• Cultural awareness, education, and/or knowledge.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to be trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). We will provide the supervision and training.
