Full job description
Barcami Lane, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a hybrid Association Coordinator to join our team in Westford, MA. As the Association Coordinator, you will assist with providing exceptional service to our clients in the areas of membership recruitment and retention, communications, and project coordination.
Areas that you will immerse yourself include, but are not limited to:
- Answers membership phone calls, helps with questions, aids in problem-solving, and addresses concerns promptly and effectively (within 48 hours).
- Manage client association management systems (AMS) and website platforms – training provided on all AMS systems utilized by our clients.
- Utilizes the database system and develops monthly reports for review by account executives and association board/committees.
- Process membership, sponsorship, and event registration transactions.
- Draft copy and design electronic communications to be distributed via email, social media, websites, and blogs.
- Participate in client and team web conferences, as needed, and executive action items.
- Assist with the coordination of materials for meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and special events under the guidance of meeting planners and account executives.
- Occasionally travel to client events to provide service at the registration desk and other areas as assigned.
- Contribute to other projects as required, including processing grants, producing presentations and marketing materials, coordinating bulk mailings, executing sponsor benefits, and administration for client committee and board meetings.
- Provide general office support.
Qualifications:
- One to two years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably at a small business, association, or non-profit organization – experience within a client service-oriented environment a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Desire a candidate to support local clients in our Westford, MA office. Position requires a minimum of three days in the office each week, with the option of the balance of the work week in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail – a must!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to our clients’ changing needs and priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to master new systems.
- Must be willing and able to travel occasionally, approximately 10% (valid driver’s license required).
- Salary Range: $42,000 - $45,000.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
