$100,000 Salary: At JP Euro, we believe in rewarding talent. As an experienced Body Shop Technician with 5+ years of relevant work experience, you can expect up to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of body repair and refinishing tasks on vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
• Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, doors, and frames.
• Prep vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint and clear coat using industry-standard techniques to achieve a flawless finish.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Body Shop Technician.
• Proficient in body repair techniques, including dent repair, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Skilled in prepping and painting vehicles, including color matching and blending.
• Knowledge of automotive refinishing products and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
