Job function and essential duties As an Autoclave (Cure) operator, you oversee the operation of Applied Aerospace autoclaves, ovens, and Thermal Chambers.

Job Duties: Include, but are not limited to, machine operation, running preprogrammed recipes on a computerized ACCS software control system, reading/writing/interpreting manufacturing work instructions, minimal mechanical tasks, some preventative maintenance, forklift and crane operation skills, and loading and unloading various tools and fixtures. Operators must be able to work in a team environment with limited supervision.

The pay range for this role is $18.00-$20 per hourly. This is the lowest to highest pay we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this open role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
