Automotive Mechanic

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency with various tools and systems. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including oil changes, brake repairs, and suspension work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Utilize power tools and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repairs needed and answering any questions.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role in automotive service.
• Proficiency in using power tools, air brake systems, welding techniques, and other automotive repair equipment.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and brake repair processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards in the workplace.
• Effective communication skills for providing customer service and explaining technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
