Automotive Mechanic

• Family owned automotive and diesel shop in Ponderay, Idaho currently looking for a skilled automotive mechanic. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years proven work experience (associates degree in automotive technology/trade school diploma helpful and taken into consideration.)
• Ability to diagnose and repair all aspects of automotive vehicles including trouble shooting complex diagnostic problems related to engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair light diesel trucks is a plus
• Must have references relating to work experience in an automotive repair setting
• High level of personal integrity and pride taken in their work.
• Has own basic tools
• Has a clean driving record and valid driver's license.

40 Hours per week - 4 ten hour days (always a 3 day weekend.) Overtime available but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,400.00 - $128,000.00 per year
