Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Mechanic/Lube Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for working on vehicles. Whether you're just starting or already experienced, we want you to grow with us and build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and transmission issues
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and vehicle history
• Ensure the shop stays clean, safe, and organized
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and vehicle needs
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and quality repairs

Qualifications:

• Mechanical experience preferred but not required—on-the-job training is provided
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment when necessary
• Valid driver’s license required
