Remote Coffee is seeking a passionate and dedicated Drink Attendant to join our team and deliver the ultimate drive-thru coffee experience. Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, ensuring each drink meets the standard of the perfect passenger.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and personalized service that reflects the Remote Coffee brand.
• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming drive-thru environment, keeping workstations and surrounding areas in top condition.
• Take and prepare orders with precision and speed, especially during high-demand periods, to keep the drive-thru moving smoothly.
• Engage with customers warmly, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every visit.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock levels to support uninterrupted service.
• Follow all food handling and safety protocols to guarantee the health and safety of customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a steady workflow and uphold Remote Coffee’s standards for quality and care.
• Stay curious and committed to learning about new coffee products and preparation techniques to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or drive-thru environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are strongly preferred, to better serve our diverse community.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle a high-volume drive-thru while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for crafting beverages that become the perfect passenger for our customers’ journeys.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• A willingness to embrace flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
