Job Description: As a Bartender/Server at The Maridor, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, responsible for providing excellent service to our guests. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the unique dining experience we are creating in our restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established recipes and customer preferences.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and address any concerns.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments through the POS system.
• Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender and/or server in a high-paced environment.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
