Join our crew as a Beach Service Attendant!

Come down to where the sand meets the sea! We need energetic, outgoing, and beach-loving individuals to join our team as Beach Service Attendants at Perdido Beach Service! If you love being outside meeting people, apply now!!!

As a Beach Service Attendant, you'll assist guests with chair and umbrella rentals as well as rent out paddleboards, kayaks, and surfboards. Additionally, you’ll sell thrilling parasail trips, where guests can soar above the coastline behind a 35-ft parasail boat, dolphin tours aboard a stunning 53-ft sailing catamaran, and pontoon boat rentals for group outings. All while, maintaining a clean, inviting beach environment for everyone to enjoy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Set up & break down beach umbrellas and chairs to create the perfect beach relaxation spot for guests.
  • Rent out paddle-boards, kayaks, and surfboards to guests who want to catch some waves.
  • Keep the beach looking beautiful with litter pickup and maintaining equipment.
  • Provide top-notch customer service—you’ll be the go-to person for all beach-related info!
  • Handle rentals and payments quickly and accurately.
  • Stay alert and ensure the safety of our guests and equipment—weather and safety come first.
  • Be the beach ambassador—showing off your local knowledge and making guests feel like VIPs.
  • Keep equipment in perfect working condition, ready for the next day!
  • Earn good money! $130 a day is just the tip of the iceberg of what you’ll make!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to move around in the sun and sand (it’s part of the fun!).
  • A team player who’s ready to jump in and help out.
  • Someone who’s responsible, takes pride in their work, and loves the beach life!
  • A seasonal employee available from March 1st - October 31st
