We're on the lookout for an energetic, passionate, and experienced Beach Service Manager to help us continue making beach days unforgettable for our guests in beautiful Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Perdido Key.

For over 40 years, PBS has been the go-to provider for beach rentals, watersports, and exciting adventures like dolphin tours, sailing, and parasailing. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service with a big splash of fun. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure everyone is having the best day at the beach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by the beach: You’ll oversee our beach operations, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction every single day.
• Hands-on action: Help set up beach chairs, umbrellas, and tables so our guests can soak up the sun in style.
• Be the go-to problem-solver: Handle guest complaints with grace, resolve operational hiccups quickly, and follow up to make sure everything is perfect.
• Keep the beach pristine: From picking up debris to making sure everything is orderly, you’ll ensure the beach looks as beautiful as ever.
• Lead an awesome team: Manage and motivate a fantastic team of beach staff, ensuring everyone is working together to create a memorable guest experience.
• Safety first: Enforce safety policies and regulations to keep everyone safe while having fun in the sun.
• Make it all happen: Ensure daily check-in/check-out processes are smooth and efficient. No detail is too small when it comes to guest satisfaction.
• After-hours hero: During peak season, you'll be there when needed, managing any after-hours issues with your expert leadership.

What We’re Looking for:

• A people person who loves making others happy—your positive attitude is contagious!
• Leadership experience, ideally with a team of 10+ people.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills—our busy beach days demand it!
• 3+ years of managerial experience in hospitality, tourism, or operations—bonus points for experience in a seasonal business!
• Able to work outside in the summer heat and stay motivated through it all.
• Problem-solving skills with a cool, strategic mindset.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism is a huge plus, but we’ll train the right person who’s got the drive.
• Local knowledge of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Perdido Key is a bonus!
• Flexibility—expect to work extended hours and weekends during peak season.
• Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
