We aim to provide exceptional in-store shopping experiences for customers in the Greater Toronto Area, and an online portal for consumers across North America. As a budding enterprise, we are looking for like-minded individuals to share their skills and experience with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
• Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Retail experience in beauty & skincare is preferred.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Flexible availability is highly preferred – including nights, and holidays.
• Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.)

The projected start date for this position is around mid-August.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
