One of our great partners is looking for Cantonese & English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives! You must be fluent in both Cantonese & English!

This position will be fully work-from-home from New York State, Monday-Friday during normal business hours. The organization determines the recurring weekly schedule.

This position will start on Monday, February 10

Description

  • Provide phone assistance to customers via inbound calls
  • Answer a high volume of calls every shift - back-to-back
  • Understand offerings, policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to customers
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward a diversity of customers
  • Perform accurate digital record-keeping

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Cantonese & English (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Full-time Residency in New York State
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • Ability to clear a background check
  • Stable home internet connection
  • 1-2 professional references
  • Ability to start Monday, February 10 and attend training from 9:30-4:30 for the first 3 weeks of the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
