We are a unique ABA therapy center offering our clients and their families the highest standards of care in a fun and safe environment. Our mission is to provide high quality ethical services to help promote autonomy, independence, and future success for our clients. We focus on ethical and ABA service delivery with the happiness and quality of life of the learner as a leading priority. We are looking for a creative BCBA who has excellent collaboration and communication skills to join our cohesive and friendly team.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

- Provide personalized treatment to clients which focuses on socially significant behaviors in an ethical, caring, and respectful manner.
- Create and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals with an emphasis on improving the learner’s quality of life and success in their future.
- Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, etc.) and Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses.
- Conduct intake procedures and onboarding for new clients.

Supervisory Functions:

- Provide intensive training to RBTs that helps improve the quality of services rendered and makes them feel confident and supported.
- Collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, and other professionals monthly to ensure progress is being observed across multiple environments and people.

Qualifications:

- Active and valid Board certification in Behavior Analysis
- Valid Illinois State Drivers License
- Proficiency with the clinical aspects of Central Reach
- Reliable transportation method to and from the clinic
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certificate is preferred
- Ability and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
