Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Karter Little Wins is an early intervention center specializing in individualized care, education, and therapy services for children ages 2–9. Our mission is to empower children with developmental needs to achieve their “little wins”—the small, meaningful steps that lead to big milestones. The Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be a cornerstone of our early intervention team. You’ll design, implement, and oversee evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs while coaching and mentoring a team of dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You’ll collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to create individualized plans that nurture growth and celebrate progress.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments (including Functional Behavior Assessments, or FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA therapy services, ensuring fidelity and high-quality implementation.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Track progress and adjust interventions to celebrate every “little win.”
• Bring creativity and play into therapy to make learning fun for kids.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Passionate about working with young children (ages 2–9) and their families.
• Experienced in early intervention or eager to bring your ABA expertise into this critical stage of development.
