Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
- Proficient in working with individuals with autism and understanding their unique needs.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Familiarity with medical records management, medical terminology, and documentation standards.
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
- Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress and outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively with children, demonstrating patience and understanding in challenging situations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Live within 50 miles of the Georgia boarder
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and experience with early intervention and/or school-aged children
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Passion for helping families and changing lives

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
