Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Type: Part-Time – In-Person

Location: Hampton, Va

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based ABA program. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise ABA staff, and collaborate with families to ensure meaningful client progress.The candidate must already be credentialed and in-network with TriCare and all Virginia Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). The BCBA must also comply with TriCare standards regarding in-person ABA sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor implementation.
  • Provide in-person supervision and training for RBTs and BTs.
  • Ensure full compliance with TriCare and Virginia Medicaid MCO standards, including treatment fidelity, documentation, and service delivery requirements.
  • Track and report client progress, updating plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the BACB.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Must be in-network with TriCare and all Virginia Medicaid MCOs, including:
  • Aetna Better Health of Virginia
  • Anthem HealthKeepers Plus
  • Humana Healthy Horizons in Virginia
  • Sentara Community Plan
  • UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Virginia
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $74,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
