Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physicians
Wells World Services (WWS), a trusted provider of healthcare solutions, is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Hematology/Oncology Physicians to join our team in providing exceptional care to veterans at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
Competitive Salary.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology/oncology services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of blood disorders and cancers. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Participate in tumor boards, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the VA's electronic health record system. Educate and support patients and their families throughout the continuum of care.
Qualifications:
· Medical Degree (MD, DO, or MBBS) from an accredited institution
· US Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
· Active, unrestricted medical license in any US state
· ECFMG cert, if IMG
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology
· Proficiency in electronic health record systems, preferably with experience in using VA's CPRS/VISTA
· Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
· Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
· Able to pass a background check (Hirerite and NPDB inquiries)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience working in a VA or military healthcare setting
· Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement, research, or teaching
· Additional certification or expertise in subspecialty areas of Hematology/Oncology
