Percipio Partners has an open position for a full-time Bookkeeper. In this position, the Bookkeeper is expected to work independently and as a team member with day-to-day responsibilities related to Percipio Development Group, HD-Omaha, and its various other business ventures, including bookkeeping and excel responsibilities. This person must have solid communication, technology, analytical, and time management skills, along with great customer service, a positive attitude, and a team mentality.


● Bookkeeping

● Accounts Receivable and Account Payable Reconciliation

● Invoice Entry

● ACH and Credit Card Processing

● Bank Reconciliations

● Producing Monthly Financial Reports

● Ability to develop and maintain EXCEL spreadsheets - including working with pivot tables

● Preparing monthly invoices to third parties and portfolio companies

● General Data Entry

● Maintaining paper filing system for accounting department

● Other Responsibilities, as Assigned.


● Maintaining an exemplary record of attendance and punctuality as defined by Percipio’s attendance policy.

● Prioritize workload to ensure that all essential functions are addressed effectively, making appropriate adjustments to meet changing or competing priorities when necessary.

● Willing to take on additional duties and work as long as necessary during times of peak workload.

● Foster and maintain an effective working relationship with peers, management, and co-workers.

● Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and business plans.


● 2+ years bookkeeping experience, preferred

● Proficient in QuickBooks

● Advanced Excel skills- including pivot tables, preferred

● High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

● Ability to manage several assignments on a daily basis and meet deadlines

● Strong computer and MS Office skills
