We’ve been looking for someone like you for a while now. You could be the perfect candidate to lead our retail team so listen up!

Here at Volt Credit Union, we’re looking for a MacGyver-esque individual to join our small but spirited organization. As the manager of the Retail team, you’ll defuse high-pressure situations using duct tape, toothpicks, and proven leadership skills. Culture is a big deal here, so your ability to foster an environment on your team and within the organization of positivity, learning, adaptability, teamwork, and service to others will be just as important as your ability to disarm a nuclear warhead using only a paperclip.

You'll work to rally the team to drive excellent member service and growth. With your extensive background in financial services, we feel confident you’ll be able to translate that strategic vision into operational success!

Some of the specifics:

  • Must be a fantastic leader who understands the importance of healthy culture and is fully committed to championing that cause.
  • Must be resourceful. Bomb defusing experience preferred but not required.
  • Should possess proven leadership experience within a financial institution.
  • Responsible for assisting in the development and execution of long term retail business strategy, operations policies and procedures, and ongoing improvement of retail functions.
  • Help with developing and implementing departmental goals, objectives and strategies and then helping your team to meet them.
