Job Responsibilities
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Scents Luxury Studio at our pop-up shop events. Your role will include:
Event Coordination:
- Load product inventory and vendor items into your vehicle for transport.
- Set up and take down the pop-up shop display, including tables, merchandise, and decor, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering questions about the brand, products, and the story behind Scents Luxury Studio.
- Foster a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment.
Sales & Operations:
- Promote and sell products at the pop-up events.
- Operate a digital Point-of-Sale (POS) system for transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following experience:
Experience:
- Previous sales or retail experience (required).
- Experience setting up and managing event displays is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to load/unload products and display materials.
- Physically able to lift and carry items (up to 30 lbs) and set up pop-up tables.
- Familiarity with digital POS systems and comfort with technology.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays for events.
