We bring our products directly to our customers through curated pop-up shop events, and we’re looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Scents Luxury Studio at our pop-up shop events. Your role will include:

Event Coordination:

  • Load product inventory and vendor items into your vehicle for transport.
  • Set up and take down the pop-up shop display, including tables, merchandise, and decor, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering questions about the brand, products, and the story behind Scents Luxury Studio.
  • Foster a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment.

Sales & Operations:

  • Promote and sell products at the pop-up events.
  • Operate a digital Point-of-Sale (POS) system for transactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following experience:

Experience:

  • Previous sales or retail experience (required).
  • Experience setting up and managing event displays is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to load/unload products and display materials.
  • Physically able to lift and carry items (up to 30 lbs) and set up pop-up tables.
  • Familiarity with digital POS systems and comfort with technology.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays for events.
