What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the engine behind seamless order execution—supporting our sales team, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every detail is perfect from quote to delivery. You will juggle multiple projects, solve problems quickly, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional brand experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and process incoming orders with precision and care
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Communicate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipping
• Support the sales team by responding to order-related questions and customer needs
• Track and resolve any order or delivery issues
• Organize timelines and deliverables for multiple orders
• Support communication across departments (sales, warehouse, marketing)
• Continuously look for ways to streamline and improve processes

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 1–3 years in customer service, purchasing, or project coordination
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Quick-thinking problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
• Promotional product experience is a plus
