Brand Manager

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in brand or product marketing.
• Proven success building or revitalizing brands with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of consumer and trade marketing across B2C and B2B channels.
• Skilled in managing digital and traditional campaigns - from ideation through execution and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HubSpot, and Google Analytics (or similar platforms).

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead brand development and portfolio strategy for Haviland Pool and Spa brands, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
• Drive brand architecture, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints - digital, print, in-store, and event.
• Translate consumer, dealer, and market insights into compelling brand strategies and messaging frameworks for B2B and B2C customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, regulatory, and digital teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.
• Execute and maintain brand-level marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, PLR development, and national launches.
• Manage content development in collaboration with the marketing design team (ads, packaging, sales collateral, signage, social/digital assets) to elevate shelf presence and consumer engagement.
• Guide in-store merchandising, POP displays, and co-branded dealer support tools.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and product claims.
• Use performance data and competitive analysis to recommend brand optimizations.
• Partner with external agencies, vendors and customers for creative execution, media planning, and public relations.
