Full job description
Haviland Enterprises, Inc., a 100% Employee Owned, industrial chemical, plastics and pool and spa chemical manufacturing and distribution company, specializing in creative chemistry seeks a Brand Manager. We are looking for an independent, reliable, self-motivated, self-starting, with a positive attitude, team approach, with an "Owner" and process improvement mentality. If that is you, apply today! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand or product marketing.
- Proven success building or revitalizing brands with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of consumer and trade marketing across B2C and B2B channels.
- Skilled in managing digital and traditional campaigns - from ideation through execution and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HubSpot, and Google Analytics (or similar platforms).

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead brand development and portfolio strategy for Haviland Pool and Spa brands, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Drive brand architecture, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints - digital, print, in-store, and event.
- Translate consumer, dealer, and market insights into compelling brand strategies and messaging frameworks for B2B and B2C customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, regulatory, and digital teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.
- Execute and maintain brand-level marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, PLR development, and national launches.
- Manage content development in collaboration with the marketing design team (ads, packaging, sales collateral, signage, social/digital assets) to elevate shelf presence and consumer engagement.
- Guide in-store merchandising, POP displays, and co-branded dealer support tools.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and product claims.
- Use performance data and competitive analysis to recommend brand optimizations.
- Partner with external agencies, vendors and customers for creative execution, media planning, and public relations.
