We are seeking part-time bridal stylists who must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional customer-focused sales skills and a passion for working with customers to ensure their perfect bridal experience. We are seeking energetic individuals that want to be challenged, learn, and grow with us. Successful applicants will be strong communicators with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and enjoy working with a team of talented bridal professionals.

Stylists will work one-on-one with brides and bridal parties to find their dream dress and accessories.

What we hope you bring to the table:

· Consistently achieve and maintain sales goals set forth by management.

· Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in-person, communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers.

· Provide consistent communication and follow-up to the bride from the beginning to end of her bridal shopping experience.

· Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is updated in the customer’s profile.

· Respond promptly to all customer questions providing product and service information. Build relationships to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Maintain store-standards (clean, organized, and ready for customers) to support a flawless shopping experience.

· Maintain professional dress code standards per the dress code outlined in the employee handbook.

· Participate and assist with in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.

· The physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 20 lbs, kneel and stand.

Position Hours and Availability Needed

• Weekend availability required
• Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Sunday 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekday availability, as needed
• Monday, Wednesday-Friday 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Education Required

• High school diploma
• Some college education a plus

Compensation

· $12/hour plus Bonus

• Hourly wage plus bonus with $20-$40/hour earning potential
