- Reliable & Detail-Minded: You’re the person who notices the small things and ensures every step of a task is completed thoroughly.
- Curious: You have an interest in how buildings work, sustainability, or community health.
What You’ll Do
- On-Site Execution: Follow established steps to set up Poppy equipment and ensure we are gathering the right insights for the client.
- Site Support: Visit local buildings to observe conditions like occupancy and HVAC setups (we’ll train you on everything you need to know).
- Client Engagement: Act as the front-facing lead when on site at customers' locations.
- Brand Ambassador: Ensure a "white-glove" experience, leaving the client’s space exactly as you found it and answering basic questions about our mission.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong People Skills: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or any role where you interacted with the public daily.
- Methodical Approach: You are comfortable following step-by-step instructions to ensure high-quality results.
- Independent: You are comfortable working on your own and able to make sound judgements in the field.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Background: This is an excellent role for undergraduate or postgraduate students looking for professional, hands-on experience outside of a classroom; Academic or professional backgrounds in scientific, environmental, health, architectural, or procedural fields.
