We are excited to offer the opportunity for an adept Administrator to join our team and enhance the productivity of our leadership. This vital role involves managing a variety of administrative functions that include handling executive correspondence, organizing schedules, and meticulously maintaining records. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication across the organization by managing emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence, so a strong emphasis in written business style communication is a must. You will oversee executive calendars, arrange critical meetings, and handle all aspects of travel logistics to support our team's efficiency. Your expertise will also extend to creating and refining important documents such as reports, memos, and presentations, which are crucial for executive decision-making. Additionally, you will maintain the integrity of our data through precise data entry and updates, assist across departments with various projects and daily operations, and ensure customer inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism. Your involvement in budgeting processes will include monitoring expenses and managing financial documentation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior-level management, showcasing excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convey information both verbally and in writing. You should possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail. Technical proficiency with MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with database management are essential. A high degree of professionalism and discretion is expected.

Preferred qualifications include experience in budget management and financial tracking, along with advanced skills in document and presentation preparation. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly regarded.

Position Reporting:

This full-time, Monday to Friday position is based in our Tempe/Chandler on-site office and reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.
