Business Development Associate

C2P is a rapidly growing, innovative financial services organization seeking a Business Development Associate. This highly motivated individual takes the phrase “organizational skills” to another level and has a world-class customer service mindset.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our enterprise strategy to attract and convert advisors to our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platform. You will be responsible for executing the business development process, serving as an advisor liaison, and ensuring the seamless flow of operations throughout the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

Execute the business development process from first appointment to conversion.

Act as the primary advisor liaison during the conversion process, providing support and guidance as needed.

Document all meetings and interactions, scheduling next steps accordingly.

Maintain and update the business development database with accurate and relevant

information.

Generate reports on business development results, analyzing key metrics and trends.

Provide timely updates to the sales manager on the progress of advisor conversions.

Qualify and profile advisors who enter the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with our target

market and objectives.

Assist in driving advisor attendance to marketing and training events through effective

communication and outreach.

Serve as a backup for lead calling and screening from marketing campaigns, ensuring a steadyflow of qualified leads into the sales funnel.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

5+ years experience, Financial services industry experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with advisors.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of financial products and services preferred.
