ABOUT US
- Parimer Scientific is an independent, American-owned, and operated private scientific service laboratory that was started in 2018. Today, Parimer is best classified as a Drug Substance CDMO that supports dozens of clients in their efforts to get new molecules and treatments to those in need. We are currently hiring a new business development representative.

-We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our customer base.

JOB SUMMARY
As an BDR at Parimer, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, researching, and initiating conversations with potential customers to drive growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, develop their career, and make a meaningful impact on our company’s success.

Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.

Customer Outreach: Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their needs, introduce Parimer’s offerings, and generate interest in our solutions.

Lead Qualification: Assess potential leads to ensure they meet our target criteria and pass qualified leads to the sales team for further development.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and engagement strategies.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead activities, notes, and interactions in our Hubspot CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.

- It is expected the candidate would travel several times per year. These trips will be fully covered by the company.

- Expected 40hr/wk with a minimum of 20hr/wk from the office.

Qualifications (REQUIRED)

- Experience: 0-2 years in a similar SDR, sales, or customer service role.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, with a results-oriented attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, email outreach tools, and social media platforms.
-Bachelors from an ABET-accredited university
-Right to work in the US

Qualifications (PREFERRED)
- STEM Related Degree
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales
- Some degree of knowledge of the chemical/medical device industry
- Prior experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience in any program language, automations, workflows, AI, macros, visual basic, or other force multipliers.

Compensation

- Offering a base pay of ~$37,500/yr
- Plus a commission on revenue for an on-target earning of ~$75,000/yr
