Business Development Representative (Intern)

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representatives (Interns) to help expand our reach and introduce our cutting-edge EHR solutions to medical practices across the country. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify business growth opportunities
- Support the sales team in developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and utilize sales tools such as Salesforce for data management
- Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Interest in business development and sales strategies
• Familiarity with technical sales and inside sales concepts
• Basic understanding of CRMs or willingness to learn

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program; we are open to helping you obtain credit for the internship, although this is ultimately determined by your school.
• Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with potential clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be able to commute to Austin, TX once a week for in-person meetings.
