Position
Asylon is seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager with a strong background in the security technology or guarding industry to drive direct sales of our innovative security solutions, including DroneDog and the Guardian drone solution. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in key markets, building relationships with enterprise security clients, and demonstrating the value of our cutting-edge robotic security solutions.
As a growth-stage venture-backed company, Asylon is on the forefront of integrating robotics and drones into the security landscape. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a high-caliber team of engineers and operations personnel to bring transformative security technology to enterprise clients.
Primary duties include:
- Drive lead generation, build relationships, and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Manage a pipeline of potential senior level security professional clients, focusing on large-scale corporate campuses, critical infrastructure, and logistics.
- Conduct dynamic product demos and engage in consultative selling to demonstrate the value of Asylon’s DroneDog and Guardian solutions.
- Work alongside the Value Added Reseller (VAR) team for indirect sales opportunities within your geographic area, while focusing primarily on direct sales.
- Collaborate closely with Asylon’s operations team to ensure smooth delivery and deployment of our robotic security solutions.
- Utilize HubSpot to track sales progress and manage contacts (experience with CRM systems preferred, but training will be provided).
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the security technology or security guarding industry.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals within enterprise-level organizations, preferably with a focus on security technology or manned guarding.
- Familiarity with the security guarding or technology buying processes, understanding of how to position technology to solve security challenges.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel for client demos and meetings.
Location:
Remote but the person must reside in the Southeast United States (Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, or Carolinas preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
