Overview
CallShaper is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying sales leads, discovering the prospect’s needs and requirements, presenting our software solutions, overcoming objections, and bringing the prospects to sales close. This position requires strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, in addition to strategic closing approaches. Business Development Specialist Duties

  • · Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and online research.

· Increase sales by forging strong relationships with prospects, proactively developing new business contacts, and understanding customer requirements.

· Complete weekly "hunting" activities (cold calling, lead lists, emails, appointments, networking events) and call cycle.

· Research contact information for prospects and creatively identify the best ways to develop a relationship and sell our products

· Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers

· Building and maintaining a steady growth of new customers

· Providing engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the software solutions.

· Negotiate prices and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Maintain close working relationships with the Support Department

· Ensure that deadlines and objectives

Use in-depth selling knowledge to educate prospects on our software solution

Business Development Qualification

  • · 2-4 years of software sales experience

· Bachelor’s degree desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, and build rapport.

· Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, focusing on building relationships and closing deals.

· Technical Acumen: Understanding software products and ability to learn and explain technical concepts to customers.

· Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.

· Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals

· Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support.

· Computer literacy; proficient in MS Office Applications, CRM’s, Google Apps, contract and online meeting software.

· Experience in Contact Center technology and working with contact centers is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
