Full job description

We are looking for a business-minded professional to help oversee and improve the operational performance of a growing independent pharmacy and healthcare organization with multiple locations.

This is a hands-on role focused on business performance, operational improvement, manager support, and implementation of initiatives across the organization. You’ll work closely with ownership and leadership, help drive operational improvements across locations, and have the opportunity for increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational and financial performance across locations
  • Track key business metrics including sales, margins, labor, and inventory
  • Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and support workflow, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives
  • Work directly with store managers to improve consistency and execution
  • Coordinate implementation of operational changes and new initiatives
  • Review reports and help turn data into action
  • Help ensure accountability and follow-through across locations
  • Support communication and coordination between stores
  • Coordinate and oversee operational growth initiatives and marketing campaigns across location to ensure consistency, alignment and execution.

Qualifications

  • Business, operations, management, or related background
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data, operational metrics, and Excel
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working with both frontline teams and leadership

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
