Busser Job Description

We are looking for reliable and energetic Bussers to join our team!

As a Busser, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the dining area while supporting waitstaff to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are at least 16 years old, looking to gain restaurant experience, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests finish dining.

- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces.

- Restock napkins, utensils, glassware, and other table essentials as needed.

- Assist waitstaff by bringing food to tables or refilling drinks if requested.

- Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with supplies during shifts.

- Empty trash and assist with other cleaning duties to keep the restaurant in top condition.

- Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance with seating or special accommodations

-Replacing ice bins, buss bins and trash from behind the bar

Requirements:

- Must be at least 16 years old.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Compensation:

- $7.25 per hour, plus tips!

Expected hours: 20 per week
