About Us

Hunters Ridge Golf and Country Club is a planned residential golf course community located just east of I-75 on Bonita Beach Road (Exit 116), between Naples and Fort Myers in the heart of Southwest Florida. Established in 1987, Hunters Ridge spans 300 acres with 560 residential units, including single-family homes, villas, and multi-story homes. The community is owned and operated by Hunters Ridge Community Association. Our goal is to blend the natural beauty of the area with a challenging and well-maintained golf course, beautiful homes while providing an enjoyable country club lifestyle.

What You Will Do

• Table Preparation: Set up tables and dining areas before service, ensuring that all settings are clean, polished, and well-organized.
• Service Support: Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and bringing additional items to guests as needed.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed throughout service.
• Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience by promptly addressing any needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
• Restocking: Keep all service stations fully stocked with utensils, napkins, glassware, and other essentials throughout the shift.
• End-of-Shift Duties: Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and resetting the dining room, and preparing the area for the next service.

What You Need

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work Ethic: A strong commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Team Player: Willingness to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Physical Requirements

• Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds, including trays, chairs, and tables.
• Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as cleaning and setting tables, quickly and efficiently.
• Mobility: Ability to move around the dining room and kitchen areas quickly to support the service team.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
