Job Title: CAD Drafter – Aggregate Processing Industry

Location: Shelbyville, Kentucky

Terms: Full Time

Salary/rate: Up to $33 Based on experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for creating finial production documents for equipment & systems used in the crushing, screening and processing of aggregates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Detail custom conveying equipment, crushing and screening plants.

· Create detail & general arrangement drawings using CAD for fabrication & erection.

· Provide drafting support for multiple projects, assisting project managers in meeting deadlines & project goals.

· Collaborate with the project team to translate design concepts into detailed plans & 3D models.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Formal education/training in drafting using 2D and/or 3D CAD software.

o Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

o Additional industry-specific training or certification a plus.

· Thorough understanding of:

o AutoCAD and Inventor CAD system (Vault).

o Hydraulic schematics and piping layouts.

· Proven experience working with aggregate processing equipment & bulk material handling systems is highly desirable.

Candidate Requirements

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Motivated self-starter.

· Attention to detail.

· Willing to travel to job sites (drive or fly) as needed with occasional overnight stays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
