Hanson Sign Companies is looking for an experienced CNC Operator to help lead our production team. Qualified candidates must have demonstrable machining experience, experience in a supervisory role is a plus. This position leads one of our major fabrication departments. The CNC Operator must be reliable, organized, and able to effectively communicate with both management and co-workers.

Duties include:
- Working within the routing department, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of projects
- Develop and implement machining standards and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in design deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on projects
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with project standards

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as CNC Operator
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
