Café Supervisor

Gourmondo Co is seeking a customer-obsessed Cafe Supervisor to join our cafe teams!

What Your Day Look Like:

Leadership

• Displays a customer-obsessed approach by modeling, training, and coaching the team in providing Gourmondo class service.
• Demonstrates calm and poise at all times for employees and customers, especially during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Communicates and fulfills appropriate responsibilities and practices with employees to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Monitoring and Executing

• Assists in monitoring service quality, flow and speed, and makes adjustments and suggestions to ensure consistency of service and product quality for every customer, every day.
• Maintains accurate cash handling practices with employees daily.
• Utilizes all Cafe Online Systems (COS) including but not limited to orders, email, and messenger.
• Reviews weekly and daily schedule to ensure optimal coverage and deployment.
• Assists with weekly and monthly monitoring of all Cafe Inventory including month end inventory counts.
• Monitors and contributes solutions for controlling waste to keep within 7% of net sales.

Team Building and Development

• Challenges and inspires employees to achieve business results.
• Coaches employees respectfully and contributes to setting goals for development and improvement.

Schedule & Pay:

• Must be available to work full time (35-40 hours per week) with availability for mornings (starting 6:30 AM) and weekends.
• Competitive hourly rate $21+ tips ($24-$29 including tips)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
