We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team and help us create exceptional experiences for our customers.

Job Description:

As a Café Team Member at Blooms and Brews, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café. This is a versatile position where you will have the opportunity to cross-train across multiple stations, including barista, line cook, cashier, food prep, and dishwasher. We have full-time and part-time positions available to accommodate various schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast and lunch items with precision and attention to detail.

Craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.

Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.

Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling dishes.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing and cleaning duties.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service setting is a plus, but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn and cross-train in various roles.

Dependability and punctuality.

18 years old +
