Call Center Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively addressing customer inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate parties and booking events.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Provide 1st rate customer service
• Identify customers' needs and respond appropriately
• Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
• Keep records of all convesations

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a customer support role is desirable, but for the right candidate, not a requirement
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Customer focus
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to use computers and telephones efficiently

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
