Position Overview:

We are seeking a Camper Assembly Technician to join our growing team in Southlake, Texas. This role involves assembling truck campers and components with precision, following detailed drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with adhesives, wiring, and measuring accurately to ensure the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble truck campers and modular components using adhesives, fasteners, and specialized tools.
• Follow technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate construction and fit.
• Perform wiring and electrical installations according to provided diagrams.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision to maintain consistent quality.
• Inspect completed units to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience with adhesives, wiring, and component assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with measurements and tolerances.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Safety certifications (such as OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) are required or must be obtained.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $20/hour (1099 Contractor)
• Shift Options: 4-day, 10-hour shifts (choose your days based on company needs).
• Shift Differentials (Stackable):
• Night Shift: +$2.50/hour
• Weekend Shift: +$2.50/hour
• Overtime (40+ hours Mon-Sun): +$2.50/hour

Differentials can be combined!
For example:

• Night + Weekend = $25/hour
• Night + Overtime = $25/hour
• Weekend + Overtime = $25/hour
• Night + Weekend + Overtime = $27.50/hour
