Car Wash Attendant

We’re hiring: Full or Part Time Car Wash Wizards Attendant in Asheville, NC

Our team is looking for valuable teammates to join our brand “Car Wash Wizards” based in Asheville, NC. We’re obsessed with running the highest quality car washes for our community and providing a local, personal touch to the car wash business.

Job WILL require weekend work. The weekends are our busiest times and locations will need to be looked after on weekends, however we are flexible with schedules based on weather and company priorities.

Compensation: $15hr - $20hr (based on experience and knowledge) Also, opportunities for advancement.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team! As a Car Wash Attendant, your responsibilities would be to establish our four current car wash locations as the best in Asheville by maintaining a clean environment, helping customers with issues, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of cleanliness. Our customers satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
• Discuss wash options and membership opportunities
• Direct vehicles to the washing station.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used.
• Uphold company standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the car wash bay and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Complete a Daily and Weekly checklist including, but not limited to:
• Trash Pick-Up
• Leaf Blowing
• Washing Bays
• Check for Properly functioning Equipment
• Cleaning Equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong in-person and written communication skills with an emphasis on polite customer service interactions.
• Willingness to get their hands dirty and do all the tasks required around the washes.
• Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license is required.
