Each client is unique and job responsibilities vary according to the needs of the client. Common responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal hygiene like bathing/showering, toileting, changing, and oral hygiene
- Transferring clients with or without mechanical lifts
- Homemaking duties: meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, etc.
- Companionship
- Transportation
- Monitoring & documentation
- Other non-medical home care duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Ability and willingness to safely assist elders and clients of all ages with their care needs including assisting with hands-on care
- Dependable - able to commit to your scheduled shifts and reliably get to and from your clients' homes
- Compassionate, flexible, and able to work with many different personalities in a positive manner
- Openness to feedback and learning new approaches and techniques
- Professional and trustworthy
- Able to work independently in a client's home
Additional Qualifications
- Age 18 years or older (age 21 or older if providing transportation)
- Able to legally work in the United States
- Satisfactory results of a criminal background check and drug test
- Verifiable references
- Reliable transportation and backup transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.75 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
