```Duties```
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

```Skills```
- Strong social work skills to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for their well-being
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to transport residents as needed
- Experience or knowledge in hospice care to provide comfort and support to terminally ill residents
- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to medication management protocols
- Understanding of dementia care techniques and strategies for managing challenging behaviors
- Familiarity with assisted living regulations and guidelines for providing quality care
- Ability to provide patient-centered care while following established systems and protocols
- Knowledge of first aid procedures to respond to emergencies promptly

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
