Are you passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence? Do you have a heart for caregiving and a desire to support others across generations? If so, Homewatch CareGivers of Central Ohio invites you to join our dedicated team!

Why Join Us?

Meaningful Work: Provide essential Wellness/Companion Care and Personal Health Aide services to multigenerational clients in their homes or living facilities.
Generous Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour, with biweekly pay and retention benefits.
After 1,000 hours worked (approximately 6 months FT), receive a $0.50 raise.
After 2,000 hours worked (approximately 1 year FT), receive an additional $1.00 raise.

What You’ll Do:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and promote overall wellness.
Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
Maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure quality care.

What We’re Looking For:

Compassionate, empathetic, and caring individuals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience or a CNA/STNA certificate is preferred but not required — training is available.
Reliability, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help clients maintain their independence.
Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
