Company Description:

KRB Kitchen and Bath Design Center is looking for experienced, detail-oriented carpenters to join our team. Specializing in high-end custom kitchens and bathrooms, we are looking for motivated, skilled carpenters who know about installing cabinetry, flooring, and surrounding materials. A good working knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials, along with the use of necessary tools is a must. Qualified candidates should be capable of working as part of a team and independently while following all health and safety requirements.

This is a full-time, year-round, 40-hour work-week position. This is a great opportunity as 95% of our work is indoors keeping our staff warm and out of the elements in the winter months.

You'll receive top pay $$$ based on skills & experience

Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction
Possesses basic math skills, knowledge of hand tools, and precise measurement skills
Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials
Knowledge of building/installing cabinets, vanities, tub/ shower surrounds, etc.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings and follow directions in alignment with blueprints, drawings, and sketches
Conducts oneself with polite communication skills and a professional appearance
Able to build window frames, doors, staircases, brattices, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
Able to install items such as hardwood floors, siding, cabinets, drywall, and insulation
Skills needed to lay out flooring, roofing, and drywall, ensuring they are level, plumb, and installed
Able to inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed
Ability to assemble/build scaffolding and other needed construction structures
Eager to comply with safety guidelines
Current Driver’s license with reliable transportation to job sites
Can provide proof of documentation required to work in the USA & able to pass a background check & drug test successfully
Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity is required
A strong work ethic and attention to detail is essential
