We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team, who is interested in providing skilled carpentry tasks on residential and commercial construction projects, both with interior and exterior installations.

What you will be doing:
- Follow all company, project specific, Federal, and State safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprint drawings, specifications to prepare layout and determine materials required.
- Inspect a work site to determine adherence to standards and ensure the site is always cleaned up and presentable.
- Install, replace, and repair foundations, walls, flooring, ceilings, and roofing to include but not limited to; wall boards, sheet rock, weather stripping, base boards, insulation, waterproofing materials, suspended ceilings, roof shingles, decking, facia boards, flashing and roof paper.
- Build, install and/or repair cabinets, doors, windows, framework and other structures and fixtures.
- Operate a variety of small and large power tools, motorized equipment, and basic construction hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Develop long-term collaborative relationships and communications with clients, customers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, co-workers, etc.
- Ensures all assigned tasks are completed on a regular basis and that all company policies and regulations are enforced and assist with other tasks as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
- Two to five years of carpentry experience is preferred
- Operate a motor vehicle safely to get to and from job site and transport tools, materials and equipment as needed
- Access to personally owned tools to utilize
- Demonstrate deep understanding of commercial and residential construction
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Have a bias toward action and an impatience towards those that lack focus and/or the ability to get results
- OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and construction management software (Procore preferred)
- Goal oriented and can react quickly to challenging circumstances to achieve the desired result
- Strong customer service skills, while being authentic and going above and beyond what is asked of you
