Position Details:

• Position: W2 Company Driver
• Pay: $27/hour + Overtime after 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
• Daily Hours: Start anytime between 5:00 AM–7:00 AM; finish between 3:00 PM–6:00 PM (Varies)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Diesel trucks (10-speed/13-speed manual transmission)
• Safely haul Flatbed and Dry Van trailers
• Complete daily routes with multiple stops (FTL & LTL shipments)
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, shippers, and receivers
• Accurately manage paperwork and documentation via the TMS driver app
• Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections (pre- and post-trip)
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues promptly
• Adhere strictly to FMCSA/DOT safety standards and company guidelines

Qualifications Required:

• Valid CDL-A license (minimum 2 years driving experience)
• Proven experience with Flatbed and Dry Van trailers
• Skilled in operating Diesel trucks with manual transmissions (10-speed/13-speed)
• Clean driving record (no major violations or accidents)
• Experience navigating NYC (5 boroughs) and surrounding areas
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to route changes or delays
