About No Limit Gen’s Mission:
No Limit Generation’s (NLG) mission is to provide every child with the right care and mental health support to achieve their full potential, and become enlightened stewards of this world. We do this by partnering with the world’s leading mental health professionals to produce accessible, engaging, and actionable training videos that meet youth serving professionals, educators, parents, and humanitarians where they are -- so they can make a life changing difference in a child's life. NLG’s content is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and designed to democratize access to mental health and child well-being best practices.

Since 2018, NLG has trained tens of thousands of educators, youth-serving professionals, humanitarians, and parents in the following areas:

  • Children of the Rohingya Genocide in the refugee camps of Bangladesh/Myanmar (2018-2019)
  • Displaced children of California's wildfires in partnership with the American Red Cross (2020-2021)
  • Covid-19 rapid response training series that trained over 1,500 educators, youth-serving professionals and adults (2020)
  • Ugandan orphans and vulnerable youth in partnership with Grand Challenges Canada grant and Child-I Foundation (2021)
  • Sexual Abuse Prevention and Response in partnership with RAINN and the Oak Foundation (2021)

Chief Executive Officer Role:
NLG is looking to attract an experienced full-time chief executive officer to grow and lead a dynamic team and mission. As a rapidly growing start-up, NLG has demonstrated impact as a proven solution to address the mental health accessibility gap in the US, and around the world.

This a pivotal moment for NLG: With a proven process, track record, and collaboration with reputable names in mental health and child well-being, NLG is poised to establish itself as a leading organization in the space. Under the direction of inspired leadership, NLG looks forward to growing its team, establishing financial sustainability and growth; and scaling its impact.

The incoming CEO will:

  • Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values and maintain a healthy, prosperous environment and culture that focuses on employee well-being and success
  • Establish partnerships with leading mental health and child well-being organizations to produce and distribute training video content with.
  • Make key initial hires to support the organization’s growth. This includes the implementation of an effective hiring process, training, and compensation plans to retain our quality talent; and leads and mentors staff, engaging and empowering them to be successful in their roles.
  • Establish and implement effective strategies for ensuring financial sustainability and growth
  • Manage the design and implementation of new partnerships, training video projects, and product/ technical services.
  • Establish NLG as a respected and leading voice in child well-being at the cross-section of mental health, education, and digital media/technology.
  • Oversee brand development and the implementation of effective marketing strategies to grow, retain, and scale the organization’s user-base.
  • Establish a prominent seat at the table. Maintains visible profile or organizational involvement (speaking/presenting role) at important industry events and conferences, where presence is of strategic importance to the organization's mission.
  • Maintain clear understanding of industry trends (children, education, digital media, mental health); revenue opportunities; expansion prospects
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiencies, and systems enhancement.
  • Maintain close working relationships and reporting schedule with the Board; effectively leverage the insights, network, and resources of the Board where applicable to enhance the organization’s effectiveness.
  • Ensures the timely submission of financial and operational reviews, contributes to the development of and participation in organizational strategic planning efforts.
  • Prioritize consensus building efforts and strategic planning.
  • Effectively manage contracts, negotiations, and remain in compliance with moral, ethical, legal, and statutory compliances.
  • Monitor organization’s performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Establish a transparent communications process to regularly address circumstances and events of operations to officers, managers and other appropriate people to keep all apprised and collaborating in harmonious cohesion.

This full-time role compensation will be commensurate with experience. As NLG is a start-up organization, the CEO’s success in securing in new projects, funding, and establishing a sustainable and scalable organizational footprint will allow for compensation growth potential, in keeping with performance. NLG is based out of Washington DC, and maintains an Office at the Halcyon Arts lab in Georgetown.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
